The
create_jira_ticket_on_alert.jsonlacks a description at the root, causing an error in the app when we try to create a new playbook based on this template.While we could make the frontend resilient to this, we prefer to fix it directly here. Plus, making the frontend resilient would prevent us from seeing errors in templates in the future.
