Story 17.5 — README Editions & pricing: correct EUR price + abridged enforcement summary (R1)

Story 17.5 (Epic 17 — R1 Documentation & Marketing), Path A: the README mirror. P1.3 already merged the ### Editions & pricing quota-as-meter table to release-r1; this issue covers the 17.5 deltas in root README.md.

What this issue covers (elasticsql side)

• CORRECT the wrong EUR price: the merged P1.3 table showed €129/mo · €1,290/yr → corrected to canonical €119/mo · €1,190/yr · $129/$1,290 (verified vs pricing PRD §7 EUR cents 11900/119000).
• ES-only phrasing (AC6): the Federation row reads "1 ES cluster / up to 5 ES clusters / Unlimited" (was "1 cluster / 5 clusters"); added an explicit ES-clusters-specifically sentence.
• Abridged enforcement summary (AC5, A5 abridged mirror): a one-paragraph "What happens at a cap" (query rejected / CrashLoop / 402 / truncate-with-warning + JOIN-input carve-out) and portal trial+buy links, linking to the full website pricing page for the matrix/FAQ.
• VERIFY-only: tier numbers, no "Max 3", two-superpowers line, website link (all already correct from P1.3). MV docs (documentation/sql/materialized_views.md:477) confirmed correct — no edit (AC10).
