Story 15.4 — Trial → paid conversion funnel: docs mirror (Epic 15: Telemetry)

Closes #112. Base branch: release-r1. Documentation-only — no sql/core production change, no cross-compile.

The funnel feature lives entirely in the license server (softclient4es-license-server, PR #82 / issue #81). This PR carries the core-project mirror of the internal operator runbook per the dual-doc convention.

Changes

  • NEW documentation/sql/trial-conversion-funnel.md — internal operator runbook mirror: funnel legs (started/activated/converted/expired), the r1_funnel_snapshot daily aggregate table (aggregate-only privacy), the Grafana dashboard, and the TrialConversionWoWDrop alert.
  • UPDATE documentation/sql/README.md — index entry.

Internal ops doc, not a customer-facing privacy page (that is Story 15.6) — so no website MDX mirror.

Sibling PR: softclient4es-license-server #82 (the implementation).

…Story 15.4)

Core-project mirror of the license-server internal operator runbook
(docs/ops/runbooks/trial-conversion.md) per the dual-doc convention. The funnel
feature itself lives in softclient4es-license-server (PR #82). Adds
documentation/sql/trial-conversion-funnel.md (funnel legs, r1_funnel_snapshot
aggregate-only table, Grafana dashboard, TrialConversionWoWDrop alert) + a README
index entry. Internal ops doc — not the customer-facing privacy page (Story 15.6).

Closed Issue #112
