This situation will show up every time or rarely?

The logic for /stop in backend is firstly try to search for the runner in database by the testId runner.active_test which we want it to stop. If the runner is not found by the testId(runner.active_test) in the database, it’ll return the response “No runner found for this test.”.

The only spot we do changes to the runner.active_test is when we try to update the runner status with /heartbeat. We set active_test to NULL if the runner.status === IDLE.

So my question is, would it ever be possible that the /heartbeat response will deliver the runner.status with IDLE after /restart or cause by some other situations, so that /stop won’t work as it should?
