Add common functions for scoring, e.g.

• AUC_ROC
• AUPRC
• Pearson correlation
• Spearman correlation
• Matthews correlation
• Sensitivity
• Specificity

etc.

(optional) Suggest a Solution

Extract and generalize existing scoring scripts, e.g. preterm birth, PEGS, etc.
