Aim: to fix the SPS Frontend Migration Docs URL and split part the monolithic frontend docs file to add the Utilisation and Reference docs to the repo and link them in the readme.
What has changed? The monolithic SPS docs file has been split into three separate docs files which all have working urls in the main readme file that is visible in the Frontend repo.
