Nncrontab language fails to display the Polish letter Ł in specific circumstances

I ran into this issue while using Notepad++. I was instructed to report this here, as it's reportedly reproducible in SciTE: notepad-plus-plus/notepad-plus-plus#17474

I have a .tab file, which by default uses the N > Nncrontab language. In it, there is a Polish word "DOŁĄCZ" in all caps. In this specific word, the capital letter Ł displays as "xC5x81" instead. That same capital letter displays normally in other places.

Repro Steps:

1. Open a new document in Notepad++.
2. Type in "DOŁ".
3. Set the Language to N > Nncrontab.

The nncrontab lexer was designed for the simple case of ASCII files. The DO looks like a keyword so it plus the next byte C5 are styled as SCE_NNCRONTAB_SECTION. I don't know why the lexer treats the next byte as part of the section keyword: maybe there is supposed to be punctuation or whitespace after every section keyword. Then the byte 81 can't be in an identifier so is styled to SCE_NNCRONTAB_DEFAULT. Since the C5 and 81 bytes that make up 'Ł' are in different styles, they are shown separately.

This lexer has not seen meaningful development for 20 years.
