Add more real-world incident examples to EXAMPLES.md showing how the playbooks helped resolve actual production issues.
Requirements
- Add 2-3 new example scenarios
- Include timeline, symptoms, playbook used, and resolution
- Cover at least one each from AWS, K8s, and Sentry categories
Current State
EXAMPLES.md exists but could use more diverse scenarios.
Getting Started
- Read CONTRIBUTING.md
- Review existing EXAMPLES.md
- Think about common incident patterns you have encountered
