I changed the way the rainbow works so that now you just update the colors in one place and all the places that use a rainbow will actually change
I also changed the menu and header in the workbench to be light in light theme so that the colors will work against them
Then I made some preliminary changes in dark theme, but I don't know that they should stay
fixed a few other little things I ran across
