Description

Create scaffolding and deployment scripts for deploying sifnode to Azure via the Azure Kubernetes Service(AKS)

Context

AKS is a fully managed kubernetes service by Azure. The sifnode repo currently supports deployment to EKS (Elastic Kubernetes service by AWS). The current deployment setup could serve as a useful template https://github.com/Sifchain/sifnode/tree/8c71b924725f0838ab814831b29a953d6da5075b/deploy/helm/sifnode

Acceptance

• User should be able to specify the deployment environment (AWS or Azure) via cli interface

• User should be able to successfully deploy and run sifnode on AKS

• Solution should be built to follow the existing patterns of the aws terraform setup found in ./deploy/terraform/providers/aws

• Basic documentation around setting up sifnode on Azure similar to the one we have for AWS https://docs.sifchain.finance/resources/tutorials/running-sifchain-validator-on-kubernetes
