Runner not allowed when re-running the failed jobs

I'm getting the following error:

Error: Only runners in the groups "GitHub Actions" are allowed. The following jobs check: were executed on a runners which are not in the listed groups.

I'm getting them after re-running the failed jobs.

Bro just add concurrency group to your workflow.
