Connection delete button (X) is always visible instead of showing on hover

The delete button (X) on connections between blocks is always visible in the builder, which clutters the interface. It should only appear when hovering over the connection, when the connection is selected, or in edit mode. Currently, the button is always shown regardless of interaction state, which creates visual noise and increases the risk of accidental deletions.
