First step towards stepping away from PDC only. Requires Testing, cannot test atm.
Saving and Deleting Nicknames only works with FILE saving type, not PDC saving type. Saving will save the current nickname. Command feedback required for Delete and Save. Redid how `/nick reload` works. Changed default saving type to FILE.
