I still feel the same way as I did last time you brought up this scoring system, I don't think this is the right approach, at least not for the direction I want to take Zonemod in. |

Over two years have passed since version 2.8.9b — perhaps it's time to consider trialing the new scoremod? With accumulated experience and ongoing plugin changes, the old
l4d_hybrid_scoremodmay no longer satisfy players. The frustration of unreachable high scores slowly kills motivation, especially on high-value third-party maps. Testing in a restricted environment is inherently limited and fails to provide meaningful feedback; small-scale trials only lead to endless delays with little progress. A broader test of the new scoremod would be far more beneficial — if community feedback is negative, it would still help us understand how to improve or develop a new solution.
