Enforce a structure on the errorData similar to eventData

The error.controller should use the config/param-validation similar to the event.controller to enforce the errorData field. Also the InfluxErrorInterface should use the param-validation to build the Influx fields, like the InfluxEventInterface

We need to decide on possible errorTypes to accept and what the required fields should be. @jasonify @dfcook @crablar any ideas of what kinds of errors we should support? Or how we want to organize this data for analytics?

For now the Error API accepts any json object. This makes it hard for reporting. For example here is a screenshot of a given error logged:

Maybe something like:
