Add support for doctrine components

- Collections
- MongoDB
- PHPCR ODM
Given how the packages are setup, there might need to be a refactor (ie SonsOfPHP\Bridge\Doctrine\ORM\Pager). Other option would be to have the bridge but throw exceptions if the classes aren't found. I don't like that because too much unused code would be included.
