…el (PR #33) Add the P-I5a progress entry (shared event engine + DailyClose/IntradayTail event models, opt-in intraday config, run-phase-i5a-intraday smoke, review fixes), bump the gate count to 521 passed (+19 P-I5a tests) and 14 configs, add #33 to the merged-PR list, and re-point the roadmap to I5b.
