Docs-only progress record for PR #57 (data-layer schema registry + default-off drift guard). Updates: merged-PR list (+#57), new progress bullet, quality gate 696→758 passed (+schema-registry-guard=62), roadmap (schema registry/drift guard landed; remaining follow-up: wire guard into live data-update + intraday).
docs/data/data_layer_contracts.mdadds the schema-guard section + clarifies the still-unimplemented dispatch-semantics registry. AGENTS.md kept byte-identical to CLAUDE.md. No code/test/config change.
