Doc-only progress sync: mark PR #5 (P2-3 PIT industry, default SW-L1 configurable) as merged to
mainin CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md (Git line + P2-3 progress bullet). No code change. Direct push to main is (correctly) blocked by the feature-branch+PR workflow, so this rides the normal flow.
