Docs-only progress record for PR #61 (all-A historical backfill). CLAUDE.md: merged-PR list (+#61), new PR-2 backfill progress bullet, quality gate 771→793 passed (+all-A-backfill=22), roadmap (backfill landed → build side complete, live rollout = user Stage-1). data_layer_contracts.md §3 updated (backfill implemented via data-backfill, incremental path byte-identical). AGENTS.md byte-identical to CLAUDE.md. No code/test/config change.
