Progress-doc-only PR: CLAUDE.md gains the D4 entry (FactorService + decision-view materializer + saturation-correct pooled fills; the 4-round review story incl. the §3.3 R4 design correction, quantified early-region baseline impact, and D5/D6 notes) and the merged-PR list gains #92/#93. AGENTS.md kept byte-identical via cp. No code changes.
