OBS commands `-SceneName` updates to default

OBS started returning a full object for the current program scene.  Overall, this is great, and it also causes an unfortunate side effect of making the default behavior in obs-powershell break whenever a -SceneName is provided.

And so, any command that uses `-SceneName` should update its default code.
