Update to new angular-cli@webpack

Wait until the angular-cli@webpack release is out though and make sure to follow the update instructions.

Should resolve #41 and #85 and make #28 obsolete.

The webpack version is out on npm now:
angular-cli@1.0.0-beta.11-webpack or angular-cli@webpack

Still need to figure out how to use global scss, scripts (jquery, foundation) and fonts.
