NB: Also updates edition to 4.3 but seriously considering making this a 5.0 release now that we have actually changed the title.
Renaming primary book files to allow for book title change.

I hope this meets with everyone's approval because we're approaching crunch time for this release.
On the subject of releases, I'll probably go with 5.0 rather than 4.3 given the scope of changes, including this change of title.
