Purpose of this pull request

Create Algolia AskAI POV staging site.

Select the type of change

• Minor Changes - Typos, formatting, slight revisions
• Update Content - Revisions, updating sections
• New Content - New features, sections, pages, tutorials
• Site and Tools - .clabot, version updates, maintenance, dependencies, new packages for the site (Docusaurus, Gatsby, React, etc.)

Approved, @kimsauce. I thought Ask AI worked pretty well.

Observations:

• AI gives good replies. I asked it 10 questions, and it answered 7 substantially correct, 2 mostly correct (with some problems in portions of the response), and 1 incorrect (it couldn't find the information even though an article exists). In general, I think the AI model works well enough to provide a real benefit to users.
• Narrow screen (mobile) layout has an issue with text typed into the search box overlapping with "Clear the query" on the right side of the box. See screenshot below. It's not a show-stopper, though.
