Summary

This is a genuine research/notes repo with no code — the pass here is fact-checking specific, checkable claims rather than testing/building.

  • Broken self-referencing link: "See the fleet overview" linked to this repo's own URL (copy-paste error). Repointed to SuperInstance/fleet-status, the fleet's real live status/architecture doc.
  • Wrong VM spec: README claimed 8–128 GB is actually the real range for GitHub Codespaces machine types (was stated as 4–64 GB). Cores and storage figures were already correct.
  • Unverifiable attribution: "Capitaine fleet uses this pattern" cited a non-existent repo (SuperInstance/capitaine-fleet). The underlying claim IS real — repointed to the actual flagship, Lucineer/capitaine, whose tagline literally is "fork a repo, click Codespaces, the agent is alive."

Spot-checked several other numeric claims (free tier 120 core-hours/month, $0.09/core-hour pricing, 30-min auto-suspend default, REST API /codespaces endpoints) against GitHub's current docs — all confirmed accurate, left unchanged. Two minor imprecise-but-not-wrong phrasings were flagged in the commit history rather than churned.

Verification

Independently re-confirmed the two repo-existence claims myself (gh repo view Lucineer/capitaine — real, tagline matches exactly).

🤖 Generated with a fact-checking pass (opencode/GLM), independently spot-verified before opening this PR.

The link pointed to this repo's own URL (circular copy-paste error).
Replaced with SuperInstance/fleet-status, the Cocapn fleet's live
status, registry, and architecture documentation.
Per GitHub's 'What are GitHub Codespaces?' overview, machine types
range 'from 2 cores, 8 GB RAM, and 32 GB storage, up to 32 cores,
128 GB RAM, and 128 GB storage.' The 2-32 core and 32-128 GB storage
ranges were already correct; RAM was understated on both ends.
SuperInstance/capitaine-fleet does not exist as a repo. The Codespace-
as-agent-habitat pattern IS genuinely validated, but by the real
flagship Lucineer/capitaine (Lucineer/Cocapn fleet), whose tagline is
'fork a repo, click Codespaces, the agent is alive.' Keep the
Validated status, point at the verifiable source instead of a
non-existent repo name.
