[Feature Request]: Migration to libsdl3

Hello,
Though it's relatively new, are there plans to support the migration from libsdl2 to libsdl3? There is some good documentation on the SDL wiki about the migration:

If this is on the SuperTux roadmap, I would be glad to help start working on migrations and testing builds.

Feature Purpose

SDL 2.x releases will eventually reach end-of-life and be replaced with SDL 3.x.
