A drop-in alternative to docker-compose.yml that replaces the Virtuoso service with sbol-db (backed by Postgres). sbol-db answers on the virtuoso network alias at port 8890 and exposes the same HTTP SPARQL endpoints (/sparql, /sparql-auth, /sparql-graph-crud-auth/), so SynBioHub's triplestore configuration is unchanged and the triplestore is selected purely by which compose file docker-compose is given.
