Serialize text and binary headers to MDIO attributes

Currently v1 doesn't save this information. We need to save it somewhere.

We will serialize this information to the Dataset level attributes.

Key: text_header

Input: SegyFile.text_header ref

We may also want to think about cases with SEG-Y Rev2 and beyond, in which case we may need to capture the ext_text_header. Please investigate if an implementation using this can be generalized for all input SEG-Y files revision 0, 1, 2, and 2.1. If not, submit a new issue for deferred work.

Output: An array of strings with width of 80 characters. If using SegyFile.text_header this should be 40 elements. If using SegyFile.ext_text_header this should be a minimum of 40 elements and must capture all textual information (ensure text_header is a subset of ext_text_header).

Key: binary_header

Input: SegyFile.binary_header ref

Output: A dictionary of all binary_header key/value pairs.
