Bug: Double click on sqlite database file in Finder stuck in "connection" view when TablePro not yet opened

What happened?

When I double click on a sqlite database file in Finder and TablePro is closed, the app opens but is stuck showing "Connecting...". Relates to #262

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure TablePro is closed
2. Double click on a sqlite database file in Finder
3. Observe

Expected behavior

The sqlite database connection is opened in TablePro
