Tab key focus on welcome window of connection list pane for controll by keyboard navi

Problem

tab focusing to navigate controll elements connection panel of welcome window.

connection list pane not focused by tab key. if I click or tap the area of connection list, it works by keyboard moving

Proposed solution

when welcome window open.

1. auto focus connection list to select connection item (eg, mysql dev server)
2. if I can't, just tab key and moving focus to navigate keyboard

Alternatives considered

I hope ctrl+n/p is also works to navigate (ctrl+j/k is implemented as I know)
