Updating to 1.34.9 causes issue with useRouter

Describe the bug

Error is

Warning: useRouter must be used inside a <RouterProvider> component!
TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading '__store')
    at Module.useRouterState (file:///(redacted)/node_modules/@tanstack/react-router/dist/esm/useRouterState.js:7:76)
    at RootDocument (/(redacted)/app/routes/__root.tsx:119:42)
    at renderWithHooks (/(redacted)/react-dom/cjs/react-dom-server.node.development.js:5724:16)

Somehow, it worked after deleting all the node_module and installing again.

But I also moved it from a nested route to a route group. I think this might actually be where the issue is (the nested route is not working properly?).
