When starting a new project via the start-basic-react-query example, the resulting web page appears to be missing all tailwind css styling.

npm run dev

open http://localhost:3000/

Expected behavior

I expected the web app to be styled beyond regular HTML.

Actual behavior appears unstyled, or, missing styles.

This is intentionally a basic example to showcase functionality of react query, without adding complexity of lots of styling. The screenshot looks exactly like what I would expect, so I don't see anything that's broken here.
