Code repository for NK cell phenotyping in inflammatory arthritis
This repository stores the code associated with our paper, which is currently in submission.
The code for the individual figures is stored at "figures", while preprocessing analysis steps are stored in "figure_data".
The interactomics analysis is included in figures/__Figure5.ipynb.
