This PR updates the TestableIO migration docs to make the analyzer-assisted migration path more visible from the overview page.
Changes:
- Splits migration guidance into automated and manual paths.
- Adds analyzer workflow guidance before the existing manual migration steps.
- Re-formats the manual package/code migration instructions as a numbered list.
