I encountered only one breaking change: `RunCompiler::run()` no longer returns a `Result`. It's an easy fix, though!

Rust 1.84 has been released, meaning it's time to bump our Rust toolchain and
clippy_utils! Additionally, I've written some documentation on how to do this so that others can follow the same steps.
