Just like there is a section with all the badges a user owns on https://theguild.dev/profiles/0x6cfD0753EC4da15Dcb418E11e921C0665c1d1cBf , there should also be a section with badges the user issued to others.
A list of badges issued with the badge name and recipient name (or address if no name), and a link to the recipient profile if found.
Use existing hooks and react best practices. Use tailwind and shadowcn
