Describe the bug
Triggering deeplink response exception when in settings page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Trigger deeplink: 'deepchat://start?msg=test'

question:

1. Set the page tag to directly switch to the session, but no new content is inserted
2. Clicking the Settings button no longer opens the Settings tab

Expected behavior
When in the settings tab, switch to the chat tab to respond to the deeplink

处于 settings 页面时触发 deeplink 响应异常

重现步骤

重现此行为的步骤：

1. 前往 '设置'
2. 触发 deeplink: 'deepchat://start?msg=test'

问题：

1. 设置页面标签直接路由切换到会话，但未插入新内容
2. 点击设置按钮，无法再打开设置标签

预期行为

处于设置标签时，应切换到 chat 标签响应 deeplink
