Currently we only have the changelog in every release. When upgrading to over two versions, it gets more and more work to stay up to date

Generate a changelog.mg as other projects do.

Additional context

• Find a tool which can generate a changelog automatically based on issues/pr and their labels
• Setup documentation on how to use it
• Generate with every release
