Added the work in progress F18 style HUD. Tweaked all the screens to add support for passing a variable for Y axis pixels per degree. Started some work on putting tick marks at the ends of the Horizontal lines on the AHRS display. Definitely a work in progress. Fixed AOA display checking for None to prevent errors on some screens.
