HTML entities visible in email (inbox) in publication date

Issue Summary

When sending a post as newsletter, all inboxes (at least the ones I've tested) show HTML entities on the date of publication:

It shows correctly in the browser, though:

Is there a way to avoid this?

1. Publish post as email and web
2. Compare date as seen in the inbox and on the web
