Update README with common "gotchas"

Collecting a list of desired README updates:

• Add that data arrays start with the oldest data in the first position, and end with the newest data in the last position.
• Add a few "real-world" examples combining multiple indicators.

Make sure both README.md and README.ipynb are updated.
