fix: prepare token 1.4.0

Summary

• proxy YouTube subtitle content through Token
• preserve fresh WEB subtitle tracks
• keep YouTube requests on the configured proxy
• align the Token package version with TypeType 1.4.0

Production behavior

• Server can retrieve subtitle content without sending native clients directly to YouTube
• manual, automatic and translated subtitle tracks retain their current parameters
• configured YouTube egress remains consistent instead of silently switching to a direct connection

Tests

Token CI and Docker workflows are the release gates. No additional local validation was run for this PR.
