[Bug][functionality] Videos fail to play after a minute.

Bug report

Videos fail to play after one minute and 5 seconds for both videos and shorts in latest and beta. They only play for about a minute, then give a 404 error. It will attempt to play again until a complete playback error occurs. SABR option is also absent.
