Something along the lines of Apples Automator.app, where you have different groups of Tools in a column, you can select the tool in the next column and add it to a workflow that will create a job to perform all of the actions without a user having to manually submit each job and load the output files into the next job etc
For instance you could create a workflow to search for files with a certain filename, copy them to a new folder, pre-process them for background noise subtraction, deskew them, deconvolve them, then save them as .IMS files, copy them to Scratch-CVL and schedule a CVL instance, email a link to the user which they click on to open the CVL instance and view their data.
