@tucotuco, @vdave: Start thinking about Darwin Core Engine that can be spun up independently but still integrated for things like bulkloading, validation, search, relationships, etc.

So... Thinking we might want to create a new DarwinCoreEngine repository within the VertNet organization here on GitHub for this. The prototype bulkloader (vn.py) and search API are both DCE specific and are good candidates to roll into DCE. Idea is to sync multiple instances via PubSubHubbub protocol
