Overview
Updates deployment/package manifest by moving VirtoCommerce.XCatalog from the GithubReleases source (was Version: 3.1004.0) to the AzureBlob source and bumping it to BlobName: VirtoCommerce.XCatalog_3.1005.0.zip.

Also includes minor JSON formatting/whitespace normalization in backend/packages.json.
