Support for tappable objects

Support UnownHash/Golbat#285 which adds tappable locations to golbat. These can be items or pokemon.
The pokemon data is stored with a new tappable seen type so it can be correlated with the tappable entries

Golbat records the tappable object type, and what's behind it (eg a pokemon or an item); in the case of pokemon they also have the seen type to indicate that they are behind a tappable.
I am not aware of anyone working on this, certainly no-one has contacted the unown team for any clarification
