💡 What: Refactored
_search_symbolsand_search_filesinCodeRetrievalPipelineto useasyncio.gatherfor querying multiple repositories.🎯 Why: To solve a linear scaling performance problem where each repository was queried sequentially via the network/vector-store.
📊 Impact: Reduces multi-repo search latency from O(N) to O(1) regarding network calls. Wait time is now bounded by the single slowest vector store query instead of the sum of all queries.
🔬 Measurement: Can be verified by measuring the execution time of a code retrieval query across a user configured with 5+ repositories.
