👨‍🎓 About me

I am a Ph.D. student at Huazhong Agricultural University (HZAU) in China. My research interests are bioinformatics data analysis and related software development. Specifically, my current research focuses on:

  1. single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) and Spatial transcriptomics (ST) data.
  2. Neurobiology, particularly mapping neural circuits through high-throughput sequencing.
  3. Bioinformatics software development.
